We are happy to be able to offer you both virtual live and prerecorded classes at this time. Our classes are now streaming live right into your home with your favorite instructors. Join us for yoga, barre and pilates 7 days a week! We have something for everyone.
Prerecorded classes are free for active unlimited and $10 per class for 4x members and non-members. Please make sure you have your pop-up blocker disabled! Once you click, the class is purchased, so read the descriptions before you click the link.
To access live classes:
1. Sign up as usual for the class in Mindbody.
2. Once you have signed up, we will send you a video link by email, so make sure your email is up-to-date!
3. Enjoy class!
